Welcome — I'm René Wild.

I'm currently Head of Coaches at Starbulls Rosenheim, leading development and coaching work across the youth program — focused on how young players grow, how coaches work together, and how a club builds a consistent development culture across age groups.

I've been fortunate to spend many years around professional hockey, working with clubs in Austria and international hockey brands on development, marketing, and storytelling. That mix of coaching and brand building has shaped how I approach almost everything I do.

Alongside my work at Starbulls, I run my own company Wild Project and am preparing the launch of Shift2Pro, a podcast about modern hockey development. Beyond that: consulting, collaborations, and a few projects on the side.
