• Development of state-wide league in accordance with state guidelines to promote appropriate competition at all age levels • Long term goals of creating Tier 2 teams at each Association as well as a state-wide Tier 1 team through effective Coach Development in coordination with the Coach-In-Chief as well as with an annual Player Development Camp • Coached 12U and High School Team Oregon Spring Teams that competed in A/AA level tournaments in the Pacific Northwest • Assist other subcommittees as needed; Team Oregon (Youth and Girls), State Tournaments, Disciplinary, Coach-In- Chief and Player Development. • Coach at the Western Regional High Performance Camp for 14U players and Evaluator for the Pacific District Development Camp

Oakland Bears
