Constantly learning and researching new methods and philosophies to incorporate into my sports programs. I’m a believer in constraints-led approaches, small area games, and accountability within the players on and off the ice. Long term athlete development is encouraged through off-ice programs that focus on the ABC’s (agility, balance, and coordination). I have a keen interest in cognitive / neuro-fitness training for improved reaction time and sports vision. Through conferences, podcasts, and research I aim to increase my understanding of skill acquisition, strength & conditioning, and the roles they play within coaching and player development.
