The High Performance 1 (HP1) program is a coaching certification for experienced hockey coaches who work with elite teams in categories like U15 AAA, U18 AAA, and Junior A. To get certified, coaches must complete a program involving seminars, online modules, written assignments, and in-person evaluations of their coaching practice.
