Mitch is a father of four children and is a hockey enthusiast! Currently, he is the assistant coach for the Wheeling Nailers in the ECHL. Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL) & Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (AHL). In addition, he is a former KHL Coach and has obtained his High Performance 2 from Hockey Canada. Mitch also has an Advanced Coaching Diploma (NCCP4), received through the Canadian Sports Institute. Mitch is a writer for The Coaches Site since 2020 and always looking to chat about hockey with anyone.
