I'm a lifelong volunteer hockey coach for 38 years, 40+ teams (most as head coach) and 5 associations. I estimate that I've run over 2,500 practices and worked with well over 100 different coaches and assistants.

I am currently the High Performance Director for the Ancaster Avalanche Girls Hockey Association as well as being the Head Coach for the U18AA team.

Professionally, I'm the President/Founder of ConsulNet Computing Inc., a software development company. My primary role is as an online marketing speaker and coach.
