Jeff Tambellini was named Assistant General Manager and Director of Hockey Operations for the Tampa Bay Lightning in July of 2025. Prior to that, he held the role of Director of Player Development for the Seattle Kraken. Tambellini has enjoyed a diverse hockey career as a player, coach, and executive. A former NHL forward, Tambellini played for the Los Angeles Kings, New York Islanders, and Vancouver Canucks. He also had an impressive collegiate career at the University of Michigan, where he was a standout player and earned All-American honours. Internationally, Tambellini represented Canada three times. Since retiring, Tambellini has served as a Head Coach and General Manager in junior hockey.
