I have 14 plus years of coaching experience across both girls' and boys' teams from 8U to 18U, I bring a deep passion and commitment to developing hockey players at every level. I am a USA Hockey Level 4 Certified Coach and hold a Level 2 USA Hockey Official certification. In addition to specializing in goalie training, I am the co-owner and operator of RFM Skating & Skills, where I focus on elevating players' performance and building their skills from basic fundamentals to advanced levels both on and off the ice.

I have served on the Board of Directors for 6 plus years with the Buffalo Regals which is one of the area's leading youth hockey organizations. Previous with the Depew Saints organization for 7 years.
