About
I started coaching hockey in 1999 with a tier 1 team called Iron Range Yellow Jackets, they participated in the Minnesota Junior Hockey League. After three years with them we had tremendous success with 2 National Championship runner-ups in 3 years. I then moved onto the North American Hockey League. My first stop was with Lone Star Cavalry in North Richland Hills, TX. as assitant coach and Director of Player Personnel. Team was eventually sold and moved to Santa Fe, NM. My owners at the time was Andy Murray former NHL coach, Rob Blake formerly GM of the Los Angeles Kings and Nelson Emerson of the Kings. I continued my work in the NAHL as Director of Player Personnel for a few teams and help Bismark Bobcats win a National Championship. I then proceeded to the Western Hockey League and had the pleasure to work with Kevin Constatine former coach San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings as his Head US Scout. I also was assistant coach with the Chicago Steel and few other teams as there scout.
