I have been working in the game of hockey for 40 years, filling various player and coach development roles.  I am currently working with Hockey Eastern Ontario as Coach Development Coordinator where I am active in Hockey Canada coach education delivery and design in the Coach 1, Coach 2, Development 1 and High Performance 1 programs.

As a player development coach I work with players and teams in the Hockey Eastern Ontario region through our Program of Excellence and Gold Medal Pathway.  Through my private development company I work with various players, teams and associations  and coaches both in season and off season to assit them in their development needs.

I am a proponent of the Ecological Dynamics framework, focusing on a non-linear approach to skill acquisition and development using a Constraints Led Approach (CLA) and Representative Learning Designs (RLD).
