Having been in the game my whole life, I feel I have a wide range of experiences both good and bad to pass along insights to players, coaches and families. I believe coaching is a calling and a craft that is simultaneously keeping me young and aging me at a rapid pace. Seeing teams, players and coaches evolve over time and having been a part of their journey is very gratifying for me and continues to drive me to find ways to be better.
