9 seasons rich in experiences at the highest French level, several highlights such as 3 French Cup finals, 2 participations in the CHL (European Hockey League), a Magnus League Champion title, the creation of a U21 academy. All this with a reduced budget and in a very demanding market. The heart of my project was development, ensuring that players progress every day in order to achieve their goals.

As a General Manager and Coach, I experienced 10 exceptional seasons, winning several titles in different divisions to allow my club to rise from Division 3, then to Division 2, then to Division 1, and finally to the Magnus League. An adventure where we had to manage several defeats to convert them into successes the following year. People and the team are at the heart of our identity.
