Wanna become a Dynamic Skater? Add these drills for 5-8min at practice. two nets, two rotations around those nets. One side of the ice is going forwards, and the other side goes backwards. Repeat the same drill on each side of the nets, but execute them either forwards or backwards.
- Inside/Outside edges
- S cuts or C cuts
- Knee touches or Jumps
- Hourglasses or Swizzles
