Interested in how to build a successful youth hockey program? Over the last few weeks, Built From Steel Podcast had the opportunity to take part in a few awesome discussions around this theme. 

For the first we were invited to deliver a presentation and Q&A session to Grey Bruce minor hockey association. This provided us a great opportunity to engage directly with parents and families on their thoughts and concerns navigating the journey through youth hockey. 

The second was an awesome collaboration with The Coaches Site on the blueprint for building a successful program. Hosted by Matt Dumouchelle and TCS, I was joined on a panel with Maco Balkovelk from Rink Hockey Academy Kelowna in Western Canada, and Lukas Havlicek from HC Solvan Bratislava in Europe.
