1st Goal: Single-leg formation
2nd Goal: Stride formation
3rd Goal: Drag/Fade Away + Stride Formation Hip Snap

The stride formation is the foundation. It establishes posture, hip and shoulder positioning, and creates a strong base that allows players to use multiple lower-body configurations when shooting.

Combine that with different shot types and release points, and you become UNPREDICTABLE!
