Adding options to your OZ entry with the option to sit back and pull the D. The intention of this is to make the D come to you and open up space behind them.
Players can do this on their off side (right handed doen the left wing or left handed down the right wing) easier then their strong side.
The eyes are to the middle of the ice so you can see options. If you don't like what you see in the middle, the puck can be placed around the boards and into the corner down low.
Add this option to your OZ entry practice and see if your players can make this adjustment. As they get better at it, they will minimize cross overs and be able to do it without crossing their feet.
