Passes That Aren't Perfect

Picking up Passes that are not perfect is a tough skill and one that can be worked on and improved on.

This goal from the Jets game last night showed that not every pass is perfect but you cannot give a bad pass to a good player.

The ability to get the puck from your skate to your stick takes practice but once you get better at it, you will find it makes the game more fun as you have the puck more as opposed to chasing the puck around.

Learn to angle your blade to get the puck in front of you and learn to soften the foot that the puck will hit by taking weight off that skate.

Work in practice to have someone pass you pucks and work to recieve them from skate to stick. Outside Edge, Inside Edge, Behind You, and In Front of You (between your stick and skate).
