As a former National Hockey League player with a career spanning over a decade and eight teams, Jeff Brown learned a lot about the importance of culture, leadership, and teamwork. The Ottawa, Ontario native followed his playing career with four years in the UHL, NAHL, USHL, and the OHL with his hometown Ottawa 67’s, where he was tasked with putting into place the lessons he’d learned as a player.
Jeff spoke at our 2018 Coach’s Conference in Toronto about the value of culture, and specific tactics used with professional teams as well as minor league teams in order to develop hockey players based on their unique learning style.
