He has written two bestselling books: Changing the Game: The Parents Guide to Raising Happy, High Performing Athletes, and Giving Youth Sports Back to our Kids and Every Moment Matters: How the World’s Best Coaches Inspire Their Athletes and Build Championship Teams.
In his newest book, The Champion Teammate: Timeless Lessons to Connect, Compete and Lead in Sports in Life, he shares wisdom accrued from decades of consultation with well over 100 conference, national, and world championship teams and dozens of Hall of Fame coaches. O’Sullivan’s work and mission are to give Youth Sports back to our kids. And while many of us have lamented on the ‘good ol’ days’ when kids played sports simply for fun, O’Sullivan has made it is life’s work to provide us the blueprint to providing our kids a more holistic sporting experience, in which success is not predicated on kid’s eventually earning a paycheque or a college scholarship.
