We're really proud of the work we've done at The Coaches Site over the past year on our new premium courses. What started out as an interesting experiment with our friend John O'Sullivan and his impactful course Transformational Coaching has grown and developed into something that's shaping up to be really special.
And we're just getting started.
We've heard from skills coaches, head coaches who use the courses in practices, and recently, goalie coaches who want to dive deeper into their craft and specialize in specific areas of the game.
And now you can give courses as a gift! Now that we have a premium goalie course there's a little bit for everyone. Check out our gift cards here.
So what kind of courses are we talking about?
Skating
Daniel Broberg and Victor Kraatz break down skating with and without the puck and do it in a way that appeals to players of all ages.
Shooting
We've got Tim Turk and Brandon Naurato teaching shot selection and shot mechanics, two very different elements of shooting.
Stickhandling
Brandon Naurato sratches the surface on it, Daniel Broberg digs deep while using edges and skating power as his foundation.
Leadership
Each coach delivers their message in convincing, easy-to-digest lessons, but no one changes the game quite like John O'Sullivan.
Minor Hockey Coaching
We've got a full course that skates you through an entire season of minor hockey featuring five of the game's brightest coaches: Michael Dundas, Candace Kourounis, Matt Kakabeeke, Dan Arel, and Brian Slugocki.
Goalies
Again, our newest course and the last course published in 2025 is The Complete Goalie Coach Toolkit from GDI and Kevin Swanson, and the name really nails it. Everything you need to develop structured, composed, and competitive goalies over the course of a season.
No Ice? No Problem
And last but not least, we have two courses that require no ice at all! Train at home in your garage with two stickhandling and scoring courses from NextGen Hockey's Evan Brownrigg.
