Fun, simple drill for all ages.

Two lines. Backwards skating for begins the drill by pushing off and escaping, trying to evade the skater who is approaching him skating forwards. Once tagged (by the forward skating player), they have to immediately transition to backwards as the previously backwards skating player now transitions to forwards and attempts to tag them.

Once each player is tagged once apiece, they race to a specific line on the ice. Person that gets to the line second has to do pushups or some other form of accountability to keep it competitive. Watch video. Enjoy.
