Description

• With obstacles on the ice such as tires or bumpers, players execute Daniel’s skating pattern from centre ice
• Pick up speed and receive pass, perform a long inside edge turn, a short step forward, and another long inside edge turn
• Follow up with a shot on net

• Don’t rush the edges, hold as long as possible, keep control of the puck, and add speed gradually.
