Description

• Set up pucks on the blue line and nets cross ice in the neutral zone
• Players are lined up behind neutral zone faceoff circles
• Coach spots puck in middle, two O's and two X's leave from opposite lines
• Teams can't shoot on net until they pass to one of their lines to gain offensive possession
• After a turnover, the new team must pass to their line before scoring / shooting
• Progression: teams can score on either net
