Description

• Start with forwards on the bench, coach has pucks on the red line, D line up on the wall
• 3 F’s on the red line, coach spots puck and forwards skate to retrieve before attacking 3 on 0
• After the 3on0, one D steps out to defend 3on1 heading the other way
• Once that rush goes by, forwards attack one more time going the other way 3on2 against two new D

• D need to defend inside the dots and have good sticks
