This drill is all encompassing as it touches on many details. The goalie gets to work on shots through a net front screen, F's get to work on taking goalies eyes away at the net front as well as rush/zone entry concepts.

The D get to work on box outs, quick D2D point shots, the WSD surfing across ending plays in the NZ. Transitioning from Defense to offense with the D joining the rush as well off the NZ transition.

F passes to D then gets to the net

NFD boxes out F coming out of the corner. He is NOT playing low 2v1

On the whistle coach carries puck up the ice, D finds lateral gap as coach skates up the wall

WSD surfs across, gains possession and bumps puck to SSD who folds underneath as WSDsurfs across for regroup

F's work out of zone for regroup with D in NZ

D defends 3v1 as D joins F's on 3v1 rush
