Train your hands the right way—fast, controlled, and game-real.
In this video, I’m showing you a 3 puck stickhandling routine that you can do anywhere in just 5 minutes. This is one of the fastest ways to improve puck control, hand speed, and coordination without stepping on the ice.
Most players train with one puck… but adding chaos with multiple pucks forces your hands and brain to level up quickly.
🔥 Do this daily and you’ll notice:
- Faster hands
- Better control in tight spaces
- More confidence with the puck
Try to complete each drill clean for 30–45 seconds. If you lose control, reset and go again.
