This 4-puck off-ice stickhandling drill forces you to handle chaos, improve coordination, and develop the kind of control that actually translates to game situations. Most players train with one puck… but the best train their brain and hands to process MORE. In this video, you’ll learn: How to build faster hands and better control How to challenge your coordination under pressure Why multi-puck training creates game-realistic skill If you want to separate yourself, this is the kind of work that does it. Stay consistent. Stay creative. Get better.

Players too often just focus on hand speed.  Hand speed is important, but being smooth and keeping the puck FLAT, so that you can shoot or pass at anytime, is just as critical.  A flat puck also keeps your head up, so remember smooth and silky or fast and choppy.
