π *1v1 Stop/ Start Angle Chase Station Race 1 on 1 station drill. On Whistle go- Race stopping at the 3 cones in front of each player and headed towards the middle of the ice. Stop facing the middle so it uses each side/foot. Race for loose puck. To add difficulty add a second puck upon completion of first puck that they have to gap up to.
